The Value of a Keyword

I used to use the google keyword tool to get a rough idea of the value of a particular keyword, but they don't seem to offer that anymore. I remember that there is another online seo service that provides that information, but for the life of me, I cannot remember what it is. How can I know if a keyword is worth a nickle or a dollar?

  • Make sure you're logged in, and you'll be able to see the value once again. They've disabled the feature for those who aren't logged in, but it still exists if you're signed in.

The other ones you were thinking of were probably either Micro Niche Finder or spyfu.com.

    • Thanks. Spyfu was the alternative I was thinking of.

  • Almost forgot spyfu.com, it's a really good keyword search tool!
  • Try in Google Adwords.
  • There're many services which can help you analysing keywords. Unfortunately, full versions are paid, but results they provide are much better than free services. Some of them are KeywordSpy,SpyFu, SEMRush. I prefer SEMRush, because first of all it's cheaper, and there're functions which you need.
  • Google adword keyword tool help to know about the competition of the keywords, local & monthly searches of the keywords
