All in One SEO Pack Word Press Installation problem- help

hi all...new to the game a little...tried adding this plugin and receive the error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class All_in_One_SEO_Pack in /home/cdonne08/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop.class.php on line 3

Can anyone help me with this?

    At work right now. Will take a look when I get home. Does the plugin appear in admin area plugins in wp? What theme? Have you tried to upload via ftp? Can you activate it?

      It does appear in the plugins...it will not let me activate it - i get that error message.
      It comes with themes does it not?

        I installed it but dunno why after every third day i receive message from my host provider that ur exceeding your limit in the end u had to uninstall it
