Where to outsource monthly SEO?

Hey Fellow Warriors,
I want someone to do monthly SEO for me - Anyone recommend someone, what you get and how much?
I did use Matt Laclear before who I thought was awesome and exactly what I was looking for, although he has discontinued his service and currently trying out Orkhan Azer for one of my sites, want to see if their is anyone else who offers it, and then compare, I saw some great results with Matt and want to see if anyone can replicate it, was on page 1 of google within a month (And according to traffic travis the stats show my new sites and keywords I want t rank for aren't more difficult than that which I outsourced to Matt).
