Hi guys,
after my serp dramatically fell for ALL of my keywords I filed for reconsideration. amazingly, i got an answer from google:

there is no malware and no penalty and the most likely reason for my fall in serp is that I may have changed too many urls - which I did - boohoo

I know I shouldn't have done this - I have learnt my lesson

My question: will my ranking return? I have removed all the pages where I have changed the URLs because I thought they may have been penalized for duplicate content.

How long will it take for the situation to rectify itself? It's been already 10 days now.

Please only answer if you have experience with this - no guesses, please.

should come back, give it time.
You could do a 301 redirect in your htaccess file to map old urls to the new ones. This could potentially help, especially if you built backlinks to any of the old urls.

Yes, it should come back. Re-submit your sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools. This may help speed up the process.

I just made new urls - it's easy in wordpress. I tried to incorporate better keywords into the urls.

How long will it take you reckon?
