How long does it take for your website to get cached by Google?

I'm running a niche affiliate website right now, my on page SEO is excellent, everything is up to par. I checked my cache settings in Google and it's showing the last time I got cached was on May 20th.
On top of that I did some outsourcing and used a very good link building strategy and I've pinged all and every links I can think of. Even the software I'm using has pinged everything, I'm curious to know when the actual Cache will take place. Any ideas? Tips? Pro's? Con's?
