Hey Guys;

There is a lot of buzz going around about Google's update called PANDA. They slapping content scraper sites. However, I have seen an increase in the number of WP plug-ins that gather and auto post content to your blog. Some are saying that their site hasn't been affected, while others have lost their rank in Google search results. So, to use or not to use. That is my question. If you currently use an auto blogger, have you noticed any changes in your rank? Which software does the best job and finding relevant content for your website? Thanks for your comments.

Personally, I don't do auto blogs and won't do auto blogs because the risk is just too high for me. I'd rather publish one good page every month of unique content. Still keeps everything fresh in Google's eyes and I don't have to worry that my entire business model is going down the toilet whenever Google decides to update their algorithm.

I don't know if there is an absolute truth to this one. The autoblogs that I have got absolutely pounded by the panda update.

But that does not mean that an autoblogg can't beat or impress a search engine. There are probably still autobloggers out there that make a pretty penny. I definitely haven't figured it out. It certainly seems harder than it used to be. But it can probably still be done.

I don't think there is an absolute truth to this, at least in a sense that would apply to every marketer and every autoblog.

I know people who have seen drops in the SERPS and I know others who have seen an increase in rankings. I think this really boils down to how the blogs are built and the overall quality of the autoblog in question. If it was built using tools like WP Robot that auto posts content based on keyword searches and the content isn't reviewed for quality prior to posting, isn't well organized and the blog doesn't contain any unique content then those blogs are probably getting hit hard (at least that's what I've heard from some I've talked to). On the other hand, if a blog is built with quality in mind (auto or otherwise) then those blogs are seeing increased rankings and traffic.

I agree with RsBerg. The issue with autoblogging is seldom the software. Most autoblog software will do a decent enough job pulling RSS feeds or articles. The real struggle is for marketers who place all their confidence in the latest hyped up gadget. At the core, posting content to your blog can be automated in many ways, however if you do not understand the basics of SEO (on-page/off-page), backlink building, traffic generation, etc., you're gonna face some real challenges.

I use various autoblogging software programs to create what is commonly referred to as "hybrid-autoblogs." These combine both unique and automated content. I spend some time on SEO.

With regard to the affect of Panda/Farmer on my 70+ autoblogs, some lost ground (those that were not hybrids) but for the most part it's status quo. In fact some have improved in both ranking and traffic.

You're going to invest time and money into something that Google has made CLEAR as day they don't want. Don't risk it...

Remember in school when teachers told you...

    Hi,
Google PANDA is a good thing as it wants uniqueness. And it`s also good for users to find much information on a specific topic from different point of views, but unique. Personally I like Google PANDA system.

Nope! Researching after a lot finally picked up the point
Even AutoBlogs were dying before panda but panda was supposed for quality posts in blogs!

So if you get the things mixed well use a Synoynmizer instead of Spinning it can give you the same quality and mix up some related things with the content it can do that for you!

Since i have in 3 years with AutoBlogs the curve still goes on for me.
It all depends on how you use your AutoBlogging Tools and how its made!
I still doing research and updating my AutoBlogging Tools!
Note that AutoBlogging does it ends only with money making with them it greatly does a lot with Network Link Building and have a lot with SERPs
