I have website 4 months old
page 2 bing
page 2 yahoo
page 4 google

I think maybe i need to buy software that help rank higher

I hear many things scrapebox.
I know feature like blog commenting is what it has

If buy scrapebox and manually comment on high pr blogs with scrapebox , will that help increase rank for website?

  If that's what you want to do just search on google daily for new posts related to your keywords and comment. Save some money.
