banners + links = overkill?

Lets say i have a 400-500 word article. I have 2 banners, 2 click here to buy now links, a pop up link, and a link through picture of the product.

I am thinking that this might look bad to google. What do you guys think? I mean it gives the reader so many oppurtunities to click and buy but maybe this is bad?

Without any research to back me up, my opinion would be that it's a little bit of an overkill for that short of an article. I think that one banner ad and a couple links would suffice without making it look too "salesy". I don't know how the search engines would see it but from the readers standpoint it might be too much.
