Could This Site/Account Be Banned

Hi

First i would like to apologize about my english. Second thank you for this great forum. I have been like 1 year reading it.

Well I have just make a spanish site of socialmonkee(dot)es. Is just instructions to use socialmonkee(dot)es in spanish. The users go directly to the original site with my refferal link.

I added adsense but maybe is against the Adsense rules.

Can you say me if my account can be banned or is it legal?

    The only problem I see with your page is that, you are only allowed to place Adsense a maximum of 3 times per page. You have adsense on that page a total of 4 times. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

      I think is legal, 3 banners and 1 text links i think this is 100% (indeed adsense if u have more than 3 banners u just can see 3 banners)

      My doubt is if adsense in a site socialmonkee(dot).es talking about backlinkings to increase SEO and to get a better ranking. Im not sure if it is legal o illegal

      I only noticed 2 content ads and 1 link ad which is fine. You mistake is placing AdSense under title and not separating it.

    Your adsense links are fine, yes you can have 3 text links and up to 3 link units too, so your ads and placement is fine...

    The content is fine too, it is no problem. It does not contain content against the TOS of Google, so your page and ads are 100% fine
