I have heard that outgoing backlinks is good for seo, i have fairly good onpage seo, but i have not got any outgoing links to relevent high pr sites eg wiki.

And just wanted a bit of advice from worriors please.

Should i edit the wordpress theame and put the outgoing links in the footer.

Or should i just have a resource page with a few links?

Or both?
