Article submission for SEO

Hi all,

I like to do some SEO with article submission. I have 6 unique good quality articles for this purpose.

For this, which is the best one to use? \

Ezinearticles, Hubpages or squidoo?

Which one give best results in terms of SEO, (not in terms of traffic)

Also if I need to submit article to 100's of article sites, which service to use? UAW? Can I submit same article to all article directories after submiting unique ones to ezine and hubpages?

Please suggest some services and best practices

  • Article submission is best way to get backlinks and to improve SERP ranking for the site. It should be noted that one article is to be submitted in only one site.

    • This is not true. You can submit your articles on more article directories sites. Indeed there are some that will not accept to submit an article that was submitted on another one. But most of them will accept articles already submitted on other directories.
      Of course you can spun you articles if think that this will help.

  • As mentioned earlier, there are different views on this topic. My understanding is, yes, you can submit the same article under multiple directories, but you won't necessary receive a qualified link from each directory. I will typically post the content on my own site first to reap the rewards of traffic. Ezine is my directory of choice for submitting articles.
  • Ezinearticles, Hubpages or squidoo these are all best to get good result.But Ezinearticles is the best to share each and every type of knowledge. Of course You can submit the article to unique site firstly then after this you can use it on other article sites.

    • Why three? If i choose not duplicate the articles in different directories, then why posting on all three? Only ezine will be better. is it?

    Yes. I also in very much confusion about submitting same articles to multiple directories.

    I decided to stick with one directory now (No copy now, I can always choose to post to as many directories as possible later, if that works better)

    So You guys suggest that posting all my 6 articles to eZine? What if I write more? I will write 10 more articles. So all should go to ezine?

    I am posting articles NOT for traffic. Only for SEO.

    What is the advantage of posting articles in multiple directories? Anyone knows? Or all should go to ezine?

    Article submission is the most important way to increase traffic and ranking. So You should write good and effective article and submit article directory like ezine.com etc.

  • Fact:

    Matt Cutts from google recently stated that you will not receive any SEO benefits by submitting articles to article directories.

    You're better off submitting these to relevant sites related to your niche. The only problem is finding relevant sites that will accept your articles. If the articles are any good, and you get to publish the articles in relevant authority sites, your rankings will definitely improve.
