Reverse Engineering Competitors with Compete.com

I did a research on my direct competitors using Compete.com (1 Year/April 2011), and this is what I found:
Competitor A:
Unique Visitors: 40,000
Top Search Terms: 249
Referring Sites: 61
Destination Sites: 81
Competitor B:
Unique Visitors: 28,000
Top Search Terms: 168
Referring Sites: 44
Destination Sites: 58
Myself:
Unique Visitors: 1,400
Top Search Terms: 8
Referring Sites: 9
Destination Sites: 7
Seeing all of these numbers is good news for my company. Seeing the potential of the market and how much better my competitors are doing proves that the market I am in right now has a huge potential to grow even futher, perhaps 25x its size.
Competitor A and B are basically in the exact same industry I am in, selling the exact same products, nothing more, nothing less. So its just an thing about "marketing" that would bring me at par with them.
I know compete.com is not much accurate, but this could be a basis to work out from, numbers that should be proportion to each other.
Based on the numbers above, what marketing factors should I work on to be at par with my competitors marketing? Any marketing techniques in particular? I want to make the most out of the reverse engineering to see the potential of the business and find out what can be done.
Thanks in advance!
