So I dont want to start a debate on whether or not theres a sandbox or whatevers but I do believe that people can lose ranking for some shady tactics. That being said, has anyone ever experienced being"sandboxed" more than once?

I have a site that vanished for a month or two then came back to pg 1, panda update then knocked to pg 4, I want to try a scrapebox experiment with the site (doesnt make too much money). Any input is appreciated.
