Why am I Banned?

Hello friends,

I am doing SEO for the health insurance online site and focusing on the keywords like health insurance, health insurance quote. The problem is while I am doing postings in the social bookmarking and directories most of the site shows the following messages like "your submission is banned" or "Your story has been discarded due to your choice of words which appear on our anti-spam list."

Please advise me what can be done in situation

I would imagine health words you choose are ripe for spammers.
So they trigger spam filters.

But what you are doing is pretty low level. Actually, so low
level they are a complete waste of time.

You need to step up your game to some better tactics.

  First and foremost, don't spam!
  
  Second, try different keywords. Use titles and descriptions that aren't just keyword stuffing, but something useful to users.

Some time long tail keywords are trigerred the spam filters,So use only one link in the page and if it already trigerred move on to other techniques.
