There are allways things you can do to improve the onsite optimisation. I will have a better look for you later this afternoon if nobody beats me to it.

Hire a good SEO company or a freelancer who can do the right job for your keyword.

If you are trying to do it yourself it will take time as you need to have time to study and implement the tactics required to get #1 Position. I think hiring an SEO expert is best for you.

Although 'Florida villas' (your target key term) is first in the title, it does not appear at all in the content of the page - or any headings. Adding this may help with on page SEO.

Also, you are trying to rank a homepage which has links to a range of places including France and Turkey for the term 'Florida villas' - personally I would create a separate landing page optimised just for that term and try to rank that for this keyword instead. It will make on page SEO easier plus one a user gets to your site after searching for 'Florida villas' they will see content related directly to their keyword. At the moment I just saw something about renting a villa in the USA and no mention of Florida above the fold.

Your site seems to have a lot more backlinks than the others of the same page. I've looked at where they are coming from and although many have your target key term as the anchor text, they appear to be links from pages with unrelated content (about sleeping disorders and mining rather than travel and Florida). It may help if you build more backlinks from pages with good content about your target niche - this could increase the value of those backlinks.

Build a list of 20+ targeted keywords, write articles on each keyword using as many LSI keywords as possible, interlink all of them together again using keywords, try and build a mini wikipedia site, use them as a template of google on page seo.

I agree with those who suggested you to speed up your site. I have looked at it and found out that it was quite slow in loading.

This factor is very important because few seconds late in loading a page will surely make your visitors lose their patience.
