.org or .info?

out of the 2, in your opinion which rank the best? i am looking for a new domain, the .com and .net has been taking so looking for the 2nd best?

    Domain extension is not related with Rank. However .com is better than any other.

    First of all .com is the best one.
    Now a days country based domains are best to rank well in particular regions.

    There is no difference between this two. In fact rank and traffic all depends upon your seo strategy and keyword. So, you may choose anyone and then do good work.

    Go for the .org

    I know that some mention that domain extensions are not that important but i beg to differ. I find it easier to get .com/net/org's ranked than .info's (this is for emd's). This is from personal experience but i'm sure that others will tell you otherwise.

    I suggest to use .com.. But if you are thingking about SEO strategy, it does not matter if you use .info or .org. Any of the two will do.

    People often associate .org with quality and .info with spam, so IMO take the .org. Ranking wise, there is no difference between the two.

    .info are usually a lot cheaper to buy. I haven't seen many .info on first page of Google so I think .org has more weight than .info after today research

      .com .net and .org are the best domain extensions for SEO purposes and .info should be avoided.

      That's the consistent message from SEO experts such as Daniel Tan and other well-established Warriors who have tested large numbers of websites and found that .info sites are more difficult to rank highly, or require far more work to rank than .com, .net and .org sites.

      This has also been the case with websites I have worked with.
