Can You Recommend A Good Writer to Me?

Today I figured out that I really like backlinking but writing is not for me. Can any of you warriors link me to any good writers that will make either bulk articles (OK quality, but cheap) for article submission and some extremely good quality articles (expensive is OK, if the quality matches the price) for my website's targeting pages?

Also when buying from writers, do many of them just use spinning software to be able to make the articles or are they made by original thought and ideas?

        well, my friend might be right person for this job, but he doesn't have any responses here becouse he is not a member.
        His price is 12-20$/500, it depends on theme, number of articles, timeline...
