Software to track Rank/Keywords/Sites ?

Hi,


Can anyone recommend some good software (preferably free or low cost) that I can use to track the rankings for various sites and keywords?


I have a bunch of sites that's gone live and I'm finding it time consuming to check each keyword/site manually, so looking for something that I could just input all my sites and keywords and track this at the touch of a button.
