I have a lot of questions about Product Review types of sites.
How can I determine whether buying an Exact Match domain with the product in the domain name is going to be legal, aren't all products trademarked?
The only way around this is to build sub-pages I understand, but this defeats the purpose of a review site, since its on a subpage, unless I have a large review site with lots of products.
And very importantly, when I put in the anchor text of my Off-Page SEO Links, ALT="Product Name" isn't this also breaking trademark terms?
It's pretty obvious in my opinion that if your site is on page 1, and has hundreds or thousands of links with "product name" in the anchor text, you are the one responsible for having them created 99 times out of 100.
Maybe this is why everyone's Review site is getting banned.
