I'm working for my client site their main business is domain registration, domain hosting web design and SEO

I'm working for the site say abc[dot]com in this website they put domain reg and domain hosting and some domain related services.

And they create a separate website abc[dot]biz for website design and SEO Service
and they give a link from abc[dot]com to abc[dot]biz

Is this good for SEO please tell me your suggestion

    It's always good for seo, it will pass linkjuice. Although for a different domain you will have to do the whole work all over again.
