You don't have to click that link from the post above, just look at the image and you see what it means. Sometimes it can be harmful for a site if two strong sites link to each other from index to index, and in general a link from a site that does not link back (a one-way link) is much stronger.

So, if you exchange links: link back from another site than the site you want to receive the link for.

I think its a good idea to create 3 way for your other sites rather than first one.
