Has your site really been slapped (sandboxed?) or is it just jumping around the rankings. Type site:yourdomain.com into Google to see if your site is still indexed.

If they are going to disable adsense on your site you will get a message in your adsense account "Google Adsense ad serving has been disabled to your site" and they will tell you why.

Unless you have done something b1ack h@t you should not lose your account altogether.

No, it won't do anything to your Adsense account. The webspam team and Adsense teams don't work together for the most part.

Most likely you need to let it chill for a couple months. Also look at your link profile and trying to even out your link types, social bookmarks, profile links, blog comments, web 2.0 properties, articles etc. Ie, you don't want a backlink profile of only profile links.
