Please Help! Where to go next with my niche site?

Hello fellow warriors,
I have started up a niche site that is geared towards the keyword "casual dress shoes". The website is Casual Dress Shoes News-Your Casual Dress Shoes Resource

When I was originally doing keyword research I had seen around 12k searches per month; however, I later realized that the 12k was for the BROAD SEARCHES PER MONTH, the amount of EXACT SEARCHES PER MONTH was only 880 ! I figured that I had already started the site, so I might as well devote some time to it to allow it to earn $100 per month (hopefully).
I have written almost 30 posts for the site, have several Amazon affiliate links within each article, adsense ads around the site, an Astore that is devoted to dress shoes and accessories, and just added a few 125X125 Commission Junction banners. In addition, I have built 4 link wheels of 6 links each that point to the posts on the site (1 link wheel for each of the 4 posts).

I see anywhere from 7-13 unique Search engine visits per day, and I just want to know what I should do next to attract more visits.

I figured that the site is already optimized to make money, so my next goal should be to get more daily visits.

I am currently sitting at number 14 for the keyword (casual dress shoes). What is the next step for me to get more visitors....write more posts or backlink the main URL?

In addition, the site's CTR for adsense is sort of low, and the conversion rate for amazon is horrific (over 300 clicks and no sale for this month)...does anybody have any tips to improve this?

    How long is this website?

    If it is just several month, lets say less than 6, and based on only 880 exact keyword searchers, you can not expect 100$/month at this time.
    I just check in adwords, "casual dress shoes" has 4400 global monthly search. And the CPC is $1.50. Even if all traffic goes to your site, lets say CTR is crazy like 10%, you have the chance to hit your goal.

    Amazon affiliate is some kind of crap, I got 6000 clicks a week, only get 20 sell, so 300 clicks of amazon wont give you surprise.

    If you write articles all by yourself, you can try several related articles next step. Keep building on this keyword seems useless. Just my autoblogs' experience.

    I would recommend you to convert this site into micro niche site with very simple layout. That will surely help you to gain good CTR.. You can use heatmap theme, copyblogger theme or clickbump's theme.. You can always research on the theme and select the one with good CTR.

    Remove following widgets from sidebar:

    Youtube video
    Facebook fan page
    And various advertisement..

    Keep the site very simple and clean.. And use better placement of ads and ad color so that the ads got blend with your website's content.

    Select 2-3 more keywords related to casual dress shoes and integrate those keywords properly in your remaining non posted articles.

    Submit articles on Unique article wizard - That will give you some good link juice and would definitely move your website to the top of the results.. I have got my mostly micro niche sites ranked by unique article wizard.

    Write 1 article for ezine and after approving that article use a spinner for spinning those articles and resubmit them to various other high PR article directories..

    And you are done!!!

    After moving up on the google you can expect $50-100 per month.

    Rinse and repeat the same procedure 10 times and wohhaa!!! you are now earning $500-1000 per month

    If you are asking how old it is, it's about a month old.

    @Akki313- That's what I am planning on doing, creating about 5 more sites of the same manner.
    I have heard amazing things about Unique Article Wizard; however, should I begin to submit articles to UAW when my site is only 1 month old? Wouldn't it raise a red flag to have hundreds of backlinks all of a sudden?
    And how many UAW submissions do you think that I would need to get to the middle of the first page of Google?

    Hi, type in Google your keyword and then on the left side, in the tools, select related keywords and use those to expand your site. Those are the keywords that Google thinks are highly relevant to yours.
