No Backlinks in Google, but Backlinks showing in other Search Engines

Can anyone explain to me how/why this happens? I have over 200 backlink's showing in Yahoo and Bing, but when I search for them in Google, there are none showing.
I am going off of the Google Toolbar and Traffic Travis, both show no links back to a site in Google. Traffic Travis has a feature that can scan both Google and Yahoo for backlinks to a URL, and only Yahoo links show in that report.
Can anyone explain why a backlink shows in Yahoo, but not in Google? And if so, how can I get Google to see those same links? Even the links from Web 2.0 sites, like Hubpages, blogger, twitter and Facebook are not showed.
