Would this be a good niche to get into?

40,000 searches a month, $6 CPC

As you can see most of the sites are authority sites like WebMD, medicine sites, and a couple gov sites..

No exact match domains in the top 10 either, and the ones that are close to an EMD are in the 15-20 and are crap 1-2 page sites..

So is #1 reachable for this niche?

btw, I know TT says easy, but i was curious is outranking webmd and such is "easy"

My 2 cents:

Don't waste your time on this kw. Lot of authority sites are on first page ( first 10 ranks ). Average PR is 3.7 with only 1 PR0. What's your monetisation option? If adsense forget it. If PPC, go ahead and try.

Health related KWs tend to perform well when they contain in authority sites only as it's matter of health and expert guidance is important.

And on EMD: Google doesn't categorically love them. What matters to them is the content BUT then having said that if the content is congruent to the EMD, yes this would work and increase SERP rank for your site.
