Hi,

i'm new here, don't know whether this is the correct place to post a question..
i have some prob regarding SERP..

one of my website had rank in 2nd pages for 1 competitive keyword.. competition for about 6 000 000 ( health niche).. after doing some backlinking.. i noticed that after 2 days, my website was ranked no 1 in first page of Google... but after a few hours , i could not find my website in SERP again...
what happen??

am i building my link to fast, or is it sound fishy to Google when my back link increase to almost hundreds in 2 days??

please help... i had use this method on my other keyword.. competition 200 000 .. health niche ... it went from page 29 to page 2 in only 2 days, and it stay that way.. no decrease in SERP or whatever...my tactic is totally white hat....

but after experiment it with 2 keywords, it get two different result ... what happen??
i really hope someone could give me some clue...
i'm a newbie here...

  • I think someone spotted you for linking too much and too fast. 2nd page doesn't usually seem so obvious

      so, am i gonna get my first page ranking again after sometime, or it just vanished..?
      i could see that Google still index my site..only there is nowhere to be find in SERP for that keyword..

    There are some the techniques which I got for link building.

    1. Try to be the first user on a given particular social network.
    2. Try to create some wall papers and ads for your site so it make your site more visible.
    3.Add some user friendly tools to your site so that it will directly attracts user toward your site so you can get higher number of links.

      what does "first user on a given particular social network." mean, am i suppose to sign up using my anchor text or?

      I've included ad sense , but how to include wall papers? is it like including picture inside post?
      what is user friendly tools? is it like share this button, or Facebook like?

  • I had a new site that disappeared from SERP for almost a month when I foolishly created a large number of backlinks were created. The site returned to the pre link-building position after a few weeks.

  • it had this happen to one of my sites in the last couple of days. It's plumetting down the SERP's now. Just keeps going lower and lower. It happened after i purchased 100 directory backlinks on a fairly new domain.

    • sounds like you have been hit with the google dance, keep building links and your site should go back to it's position, you can't get punished for to many links getting pointed back to your site,if that was the case everyone would be sending links to sites all day long. the search engines will just take less relevance to those links.

  • It really depends on a lot of factors but the main one is how you built your links.

    How many links did you have compared to what you added?

    Did you build them all at one time and then stop?

    That is what it sounds like and the stopping is more the problem than the links themselves. The best thing you can do at this point is continue to build links in a steady and slightly increasing manner. Pick a weekly number that is about half of what you can do and then work your way up to your max over the course of a few weeks to a month or so.

      Make it look non random but building consistently over weeks and months

  • Sometimes it happens, when you starts linkbuilding at higher volume then your site moves up and down with larger numbers, its temporary.

    During that period updating your site with fresh content or adding new pages to your site can minimize that risk.

    my backlink is about 347..
    compared to what i had, about 200

    i once do it , thens stop for a while..

    website directory,
    blog commenting,
    blog syndication,
    press release
    social bookmarking,
    web2.0,
    bum marketing,
    3 way linking,
