    Well, you have the phrase in tor title and page content already. It would help of you had the key phrase in the URL (e.g. webdevelopmentcourses.com) too but this is not essential at all - however, something very important that you appear to me missing is backlinks - go and build some backlinks with this phrase as the anchor text.

    I think the best thing to do is consistently build high quality backlinks to your site with your keyword as the anchor text most (about 80%) of the time. It's important to do this gradually and consistently though, rather than basting out loads of links all at once.

    High quality backlinks are ones from high PageRank pages, relevant articles on established sites, guest posts on blogs and even do-follow forum signatures on posts in forums that are closely related to your niche (this last one is also a good alternative source of traffic).
