Basically Google saying it doesn't matter if you don't use analytics, you still have to look at improving your bounce rate:
As always, Google won't say exactly what it values in its algorithm. But all three SEOs who spoke to IT Business Edge said many site managers are leery of using Google Analytics on their sites, just because they would rather Google not have quick access to that kind of information.
