Article Ranks Question?

Ive been using article ranks for a few months now. Their website said you should expect anywhere from 20-300 links per article. Ive submitted about 100 articles and only a handful of them have gotten more then 20 links and the ones that did are like 20, 21, 23 nothing major. The rest are in the teens. Also its not that they are getting rejected the acceptance rate on each article is great it just seems like they're only getting distributed to about 20 sites each. Anyone else seeing this? Is anyone getting more distribution then what I am seeing?

  • Thanks for sharing the input, I had actually wondered the same thing. I did over a hundred submissions as well and over the course of two months they all had from 3-15 links :/

Some of the articles weren't all that great, but some were of very high quality and still weak results.
  • yup me too..am getting 18-23 published per submitted article

    • Ya unfortunately I haven't had the best experiences with ArticleRanks either. I'm getting around 20-30 or so per article and they are generally from very poor blogs/sites.
  • I guess i'll take what I can get. I mean im paying $30 a month and compared to the other blog networks thats nothing. I wish we could here from the owner of article ranks. I know he's on this forum. Claims of 20-300 links per article are greatly exaggerated and shouldn't be advertised as such. Its just bad business.

    • I'm not so sure that's the best attitude - you should get what you want. I've had comparable results with other similar and more expensive services. They're each a bit different, but most underdeliver. My advice is to get a copy of AMR or pay a bit more per month than AR and use UAW.

I'm trying out "Distribute Your Articles" right now, pretty good so far, I'll let you know how things go.
  • Hello,

I am a newcomer and according to me try to put some quality content in your articles which can provide all the market driven information for the reader to make him understand well.Articles are the bet source of information for any one who just want to know about any particular topic. So always keep in mind that what you are providing for the user must be user friendly.

  • Hmm.. the numbers quoted in this thread seem low to me. My articles are usually published around 30-40 times, but some much more than that. My most published article is at 84 currently.

    • Hi Richard,

what is your spun uniquness % for that 84 published article according to AR?
    • Yep also very disappointed. No more than 20 published for me either after they said it would be up to 400.

      Cancelled my subscription already.

  • Hi Guys

Let me cover a few points as to why distribution numbers are low for a few members, the points below are probably the main reasons.

We have however just adjusted the algothirm to publish faster and better, as it was getting a little sluggish TBH - We also have some big changes happening in the next couple of days

    1. Removal of the ‘All Categories’ selection. As most of you are probably aware, we removed said feature a few months back. This was to decrease category spam and in turn increase the integrity of our network. What a lot of members were doing in the past was to submit their articles to the ‘All Category’, which immediately published their article in 10-20 subcategories. As you may have guessed, this resulted in spam and as such we had to remove this. However, some users are currently complaining and only submitting their article to one sub category. Articles should be crafted in such a way as to fit into multiple sub categories (which is free).

    2. The spin percentage of some user’s articles was (and still is) very low. If, for example, you’re only spinning your article up to 150% then it won’t be placed on higher quality sites, and overall will be published a lot less. In light of this we have now given our users the ability to increase the spin percentage on an article anywhere up to 300% (we recommend spinning your article somewhere between 200-300%).
  • I have over 400 articles in AR. They have a lower distribution rate so articles distribute over a longer period.

The higher your percentage of rewriting, the better. I would recommend shooting for 100% or higher. Each of my articles is spun sentence-by-sentence with 3 spins and the AR system shows the percentage between 150% and 400%. My average acceptance rate for articles is 95%.

I would say the total distributions per article are down somewhat in the last couple months. My highest distributions are over 200, but those are the original ones I added to the system in 2010. I swear some of those are still delivering!

    • There is a significant increase of AR price!

Even though I've paid for my membership recurring, but I'm not able to submit any articles now and it prompt me to upgrade to $89.95 package

A bit ridiculous to impose 5 domains limit in sudden to existing active membership.

  • Hi Musa, I appreciate the increase to the 10 domains limit. I like AR and I'm getting good results from it, especially with the number of articles published. I know changes in services like AR is inevitable. I just hope we get notified of these major changes in advance and not on the exact day they will be implemented.
