Hello Guys

I am facing some big problem in optimizing one Ecommerce website. The Company has two ecommerce website and one website is rank in Google.com for more than 20 keywords. The company sales Contact Lenses and its one website is ranking for the word "Contact Lens" and other 20 highly searched keywords with 135000 search volumes.

I need help to optimize other website which is clone of their first site with some designing and other changes.

  • Beyond the very basics with their internal link structure, URL structure and title tags, you need to start working offsite and get backlinks in order for the new site to rank.

    I've managed campaigns in the same niche and have done extensive backlink checks on major keywords related to the Contact Lenses industry. You are going up against large budgets that aren't afraid to pay some top dollar for paid links, PR campaigns, and other outside of the box SEO techniques.

    I'd recommend going after some smaller fish keywords and working your way up. Otherwise you are biting off more than you can chew at the moment.

    • I agree And I like to update that client was targeting UK previously and now they want to target global market with their new niche so they do not loose current business in UK where they are earning more than $30000/Month

      What are the best way to improve traffic and sales for new website. I am not asking for rapid growth but improvement in some extent in 3 months

  • In my experience you should try social network sites, there is a big audience there if you could do interesting topics and unique contents there you would have a big chance in succeeding there.
