Im buying a site and im kind of new to this whole thing. Could you help me?

The domain is freetramadol.com
Is that a good domain as far as SEO and marketing goes?
Is that a good domain as far as keywords go? tramadol is ranked #1 on Bidtraffic getting $5 per click.

I have no idea how to monetize, can anyone on this site JV with me to monetize this?
