Google Keyword Suggestion Tool Not Working

I have not been able to get the Google Keyword Suggestion Tool to work for 2 days. Also Market Samurai is not totally working because of it.

      I shut the computer down and then turned it back on. It still isn't working. It keeps going around in circles while it's trying to load. It's driving me nuts.

        I'm having no problem with it either.

        Are you signed into Google?

        Try clearing your internet cache/history/cookies and see if it's still doing that.

            I cleared it and it's still not working. It's still going around in circles while it's trying to load.

              Okay, it's an Explorer issue. I changed to Firefox and it's working so there's something weird going on with Explorer. Thanks for your help.

                    Does Market Samurai use the default browser to do its work or does it just work like IE does? You could try changing your default browser to firefox and restarting MS...

                        I did that and it's working a little better, although market samuari gets stuck on the google estimate traffic data. I'm going crazy. I just wonder if the proxies have quit working or something.

                          Haven't used MS in months myself so I don't think I can help anymore. Nobody else seems to either, have you tried contacting them? Could put a support ticket in or something.

    Clear your browsers cache and reset your default IE settings. Run an anti virus and malware check while youre at it.

    Oh, and a Windows update.

    I did a search for Google Keyword Tool not working in IE and found this old thread. For the last month or so it has not been working for me in IE (FF is fine but I hate using FF and most people still use IE anyway).

    Is anyone else having problems loading the google keyword tool lately in IE? All I get is their logo at the top left with a blue line around it (CSS not being picked up?) and a rotating "loading" animation with half a drop down box. Maybe Google has done this on purpose to force people onto it's "tin" browser (I think chrome is a giving it too much credit)? Anyway, conspiracy theories aside I'm using IE8 (I love my XP too so can't load IE9) and can not get this page to load...
