Now, I want suggestions how what to do so that when anyone search for "income", my blog will be one of the first 10 on the google search page.

Currently, I have searched from the first page to page 20 without seeing my blog.

First of all, your not going to rank #1 for the word "income"

    Just forget it.

Your main problem is trying to go for the word "income". To make it easier, and to receive targetted visitors for your content, try a phrase.
Maybe "income problem" or "income ____". Be Specific!

Unfortunately keyword selection isn't one of those "aim for the stars and land on the moon" type of things. Don't waste your time trying to rank on the keyword "income".

  • You might find you have your work cut out for you to rank for 'income' as it is probably fairly competitive. That said, all you need to do is check how your competition has done it and then do it better.
Start with the SEO basics and just keep working on it.

It is so true. It is better to rank number 1 for a niche keyword than on page three of a competitive keyword. Learnt this the hard way ...

I think, the keyword 'income' is very competitive keyword with 611,000,000 competing pages, You need to put very hard effort on SEO to bring your site to top 10 for that keyword, on the other hand your site is very young, It has to be in market for sometime, then only, you can increase your SEO efforts to get top 10, even now also, you can increase SEO efforts but that my give some kind of issues like Google penalty or etc, So, for now, do SEO slowly (slowly get links, like 50 links a week or etc) at the same time, keep on update your blog almost daily with new unique content, for now content is the key for you till you get mature in the market, Once that is done, you can increase number of links per day to your blog, that would give you good results in Google and lead you to get top # 10 at the end, best of luck,

I would suggest to target a long tail keyword rather than income, which is too broad and it is very unlikely for your blog to rank for this super competitive keyword. Try something like "fast income", "online income stream", "quick income job", etc...so that you won't complete with billions of sites....

After that, make sure you onpage SEO is good for your target keyword. Then do the off page optimization with various backlinking strategies...You should see some improvements of ranking if you do it consistently for a couple months (depend on your longtail keyword too).

As many other warriors have already said, income is very high competive keyword so it would be very hard to rank for it. I would suggest you to do a better keyword research with google keyword tool or market samurai, two excellent tools that give you better keywords. Try finding a keyword with less than one million results when you write it in quotes in google with high search rate. With some hours of keyword research you will find a ton better keyword.

Remember that keyword research is the most inportant part of seo, if you fail the keyword research you will fail to get the rankings you want.

But if you´re really serious about getting to the first page on income you must backlink your site heavely. Backlinking for this keyword will take you A LOT of time. If you want to outsource the backlinking it will cost you A LOT of money. So i wouldn´t suggest trying to rank for this keyword.

So try finding a better keyword or start making your backlink plan, remember not to backlink it hard when the site is new, if you do you will get sandboxed and your site will not show up in google.

Ok, hope this helped you, so my final advice to you will be go find better keyword, if you want more help with how to keyword research just pm me or ask in the thread and i will be glad to help you.

Onsite SEO off site SEO and back links. And a few drops of blood sweat and tears! It isn't easy and sometimes the results don't happen as fast as we would like but just continue to work on it and you will get there.
