Google Webmaster Keywords question

Quick question for you all -

When I log on to my google webmaster account my keywords section looks a little strange. The top keywords according to google only have 3 or 4 occurrences, but in actuality I used them dozens of times on each page. Also if if click on one of the words, google lists my top URL as a page that no longer exists, however in the crawl error section, it doesn't list that page as a broken link.

I put up a new site map a few days ago, and google ssys that it crawled my site today.

I am very confused and I feel like the the lack of keyword density is hurting my SEO even though the site is very keyword rich.

Does anyone have any thoughts. I would really appreciate it!

Webmaster Tools is never accurate...and when Googlebot crawls a site, it never crawls the entire thing. It only crawls pieces of it. It's possible that it hasn't reached the link that is broken yet, nor has it crawled every page that has the occurrences of certain keywords.
