If you have money in your Paypal account, it will use that, then take the rest from whatever account you linked to your Paypal account (bank, credit card, etc)

I think mine is setup to take it from my paypal account, which is linked to my bank account. I.e, if there is no money in my paypal account, it then takes it out my bank account.

if you have automatic subscribe your money will be transferred

Mine comes straight from my Paypal account, which comprises of the balance and then the secondary funding source.
