Manual Backlinks are very important to your websites visibility in the Serps, getting ranked is all about looking natural to Google and the more backlinks you have the better your ranking. Using automated software to build links will get you caught up in Googles filters very quickly! Manual Backlinks are easy to build on sites like ODesk, Backlinkteam and Freelancer.com.

So paying somebody from odesk $3 an hour to spam these sites is somehow inherently better than using automation? Seriously? Because the quality will magically be so much better? Yeah and I have some swampland in Louisiana to sell you.

The only thing that counts is the number and quality of your links. Google has no way of knowing how they were created. A good link is a good link regardless of how it was created and the same goes for crappy links. How they were made is 100% immaterial, only the end results matter.

Although I agree that manual backlink should be a part of what you do your approach is flawed. You're basically paying people to go build backlinks, probably forum profiles, articles and blog comments, which is exactly what software does anyways... so where is the benefit from your approach?

    How do you do that?

      Veena,

They are talking about outsourcing your links, so that someone else will do the seo work for you. It has nothing to do with the quality of the links. Instead, it has to do with the time spent doing backlinks.

Manual backlinks aren't "manual" unless you build them yourself. Unless you specifically know the sources for the backlinks posted by the person you've hired.

I think it's best to do it yourself and build it organically day by day, honestly. But everyone has their own opinions on this matter.

Manually creating your own backlinks is much better (in my opinion) than using automation software that may only create short term results. Outsourcing using websites like Freelancer and oDesk can work as long as you trust the worker. There are so many who claim to "manually" create backlinks for you only to use software anyway hoping you never go back and check after receiving your initial report.

Be sure to read that worker review then. No worries there after.
