Do you get the SEO benefits for a keyword phrase within another keyword phrase of a blog back link?

If you comment on a do-follow blog using a keyword phrase within another keyword phrase, do you get equal benefit for both, or are they independent from each other?

For example, if Jane Doe was optimizing for a personal finance website and left a comment on a blog like either of these:

Jane Doe @ How To Save More
Jane Doe | How To Save More

Would she get SEO link juice for A, B, or C:

A) how to save more

B) how to save

C) how to save more + how to save

?

It depends, for ex:If the links is placed for "How To Save More"only then you get backlink with anchor text, otherwise you get as a raw url backlink because it is having keyword "Jane Doe @ How To Save More1"

Hi, I'm not really sure I got this.

From what I have heard the full phrase would receive a better benefit but the shorter phrase still receives some benefit. Basically a link from the words "how to save" would help you rank better for how to save.

I actually have some experience with using a 3 keyword phrase when my main target was a 2 keyword phrase and it definitely helped for the 3 keyword phrase but once I dropped the third word and went straight for the 2 keyword anchor text backlink it started to rank much faster for that 2 keyword phrase.
