DirectCPV-Adsense Safe?

I have made an error in my reading.. I didn't completely read through the Adsense TOS and started running a DCPV campaign to my blog... I have yet to be banned, but I am now freaking out that I will. I was getting some amazing CTR's and in just 2 days racked up $1,500. My Google Analytics classifies all of the links as referrals/search engine traffic...

My questions are this:
Are other paid services shown up as something else on the Analytics?
How does Google determine if a site has been paid for?
Does anybody know if I am doomed to be disabled or if I have a chance to keep that money? :confused::confused:


Regardless, I think its best if I never use it again, just to be safe.

  • Knew nothing about that program

    Paid traffic is allowed, contrary to the many people who
    perpetuate the myth.

    If your blog is selling nothing and is monetized only by adsense,
    then you would probably not be allowed to use adwords. Other
    PPC programs might allow it. Facebook, for example.

    But after reading what the program does, it puts your site in
    a popup, popunder or an interstitial. That would seem to
    violate the spirit of one TOS of adsense.

    Just stop using the program and move on. If you end it now, who
    knows? It probably will fly under the radar. Don't go running your
    mouth to google.
