Will I Be Able to Use the Facebook voucher or not?

Hello all, I am new here...can someone please help me out by explaining this. I have a FB account for years, and I started considering advertising so while I was logged in I clicked "create an ad" to get an idea of how everything works. I did everything except put in cc or paypal info.

But I just got my hands on a facebook voucher from my hosting company. Does this mean I can not use the facebook voucher now?

    yes, you can use it , why not?!

    if the account refuses to use it, create another FB account & everything is going to be great..
