Adsense: Clicks with no revenue?

I know many have read the help forum at google.
However, i am still confused and it is better that i seek some answers and solutions over these "invalid clicks" so as exercise some control before being banned by google.
Can anyone help me (these are not clicks from self and related sources):
1) as to how i can detect those clicks coming from
2) possible explanation as to why it was classified as "invalid clicks"
my site is all enabled for google adsense and that the CTR is normal, there is no spike of any unusual clicks at all.
