SEO help wanted????

I need some immediate help regarding to seo. I am doing seo for a website for 4 keywords.
And i going to give my last report to my employer tomorrow.Now the problem is that 3 out of 4 keywords are at first page of google but 1 keyword is at 11th position (top of second page). i just want to take that keyword on the first page.
So please help me if you can???
