This widget reads the content of the page and pulls out relevant reviews from the SearchReviews' database. Sort of like like Adsense, but reviews instead ads. Studies have shown people are simply more likely to click on relevant reviews than ads.

Users can read reviews in the widget
- Once a user clicks "Learn more", they get affiliate credit and send YOU a check for 75% of the revenue generated.

You can download the widget for free.

It is a simple drag and drop code, drop anywhere you want to show product reviews.

The wordpress plugin is available here:
WordPress › SearchReviews.com Widget « WordPress Plugins

I really hope this helps some people generate some revenue. Its free to download and run, so its really just extending a service to you guys.

Peace and Love!

    What you don't tell everyone is that "SearchReviews" is setting a Viglink affliate cookie for every single person/site, so that they get the affliate sales.

    You must have forgot to mention that, huh?

    Here is the SearchReviews/Viglink affliate code:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    var vglnk = { api_url: '//api.viglink.com/api',
    key: '60b673dc83e99d5b26dd6794ddea5ac4' };

    (function(d, t) {
    var s = d.createElement(t); s.type = 'text/javascript'; s.async = true;
    s.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? vglnk.api_url :
    '//cdn.viglink.com/api') + '/vglnk.js';
    var r = d.getElementsByTagName(t)[0]; r.parentNode.insertBefore(s, r);
    }(document, 'script'));
    </script>

    This is a scam! They are taking 25% of your sales, when you (webmaster) can get 100% of the Viglink affliate sales.

    WTF, is wrong with people they think they have to be F-ing sneaky, & scam other people!

        Like those reviews are even real, lol.

        Heck anyone can create a fake review that is 1 paragraph long.

        Even If the reviews are real (I doubt it very much) they are probably scraped from another source (yahoo answers, etc...)? I won't bother checking since I can see how they are trying to sneak in that viglink affliate without saying anything up front about it.

        Look out Google Adsense, LMAO!

    That's not actually fair... yes we are trying different revenue options, including Viglink, since they've been approved for all the programs.

    The bit that's not fair is we done the heavy lifting in aggregating consumer reviews, by providing those reviews and creating links, it's only fair to take 25%. If there was no reviews widget then there would be no links to monetize, we're creating additional links. So how is that scam?

      First - Your were NOT upfront with what the plugin does. You tried to hide the fact that you are trading off 25% of any earned commissions in lue of coding and maintaining the plugin. There would have absolutely no problem with that approach had you had been up front with it.

      Second - Had Yukon not caught you in the act...would you have lied about it if you were asked how the plugin supports itself? And...would you have kept your mouth shut about it and still continued it pump for donations in "good faith"?

      Can you see where the distrust comes in now? All because of something that could have been perfectly acceptable if you were a little more transparent with your motive.

      --Oh and btw--10% would be more appropriate!

        Simple: if you do not have the widget/reviews, there are no monetizable links. So how is that a scam?
        Secondly, we're trying to get approvals from programs, so we thought we'd test a service Viglink that has approvals.
        I think the worst we've done is not communicate effectively, but a scam.. no..
