Adwords CPC v Market Samurai AWCPC

Hi Chaps
Hope somebody can enlighten me with this problem.
I cannot understand the different CPC's shown between ADwords and Market Samurai. On one example Adwords showed a value of 29p and MS showed £9.94p !!
I guess I must be missing something pretty important here. I do know some people have mentioned different Data centres being used, but this does not seem a realistic answer as the discrepancy is far too large plus the search numbers match! Also I have made sure that regional settings are matched.
