Fiverr Tip- For When You Are Looking For Quality Backlinking Gigs

Just thought I would pass on a little tip I use when ordering gigs from Fiver for backlinks.

After all, it can be a little hit and miss when trying to get some quality links and having them done properly.

Anyway, I assume most people will begin by checking the feedback and ratings for each particlar gig before even considering them.

But what I found to be very helpful is this:

Go through all the comments- alot of the time people post the actual link/URL of whatever website they ordered links for.
Many times it is an EMD and you can then cleary see the keyword they are trying to rank for.

Now what I usually do is go ahead and check out their KW in both google and Market Samurai. From here I check to see what kind of comp there is for their KW and to see if/where their site is ranking for their KW. I also take a quick peek at their backlink profile to possibly discern if they came from that particular gig.

Although it is not an exact science- it could give a bit of an indication whether or not the gigs they ordered from fiverr are producing results for them or not.

If I see that they are ranking quite well for their KW I may consider ordering the same gigs as they appear to be a winner.

Maybe others can get some use from this.

  • Seems like a good way to dig a bit deeper on various gigs. Fiverr can definitely be hit or miss, but once you are able to find the right providers, it's golden

I had to dig through a lot of bad gigs, but I was able to find a couple that have provided results that were worth WAY more than the $5 I paid for. Now, I do most of my outsourcing on Fiverr to get new sites up and running to give them a little ranking juice before I apply my own SEO methods. So far, seems to be working quite well.
  • Hey mmsearch, if you have stumbled upon any dynamite fiverr gigs feel free to share then

    • Will post a couple I used that I think are pretty decent when I have a few minutes later tonight.
  • That's way too much work for my lazy self.
I just pay the 5 bucks and see what works.

    • I got to say I agree with frogman. It sounds like a good idea, but it must take a while and if it takes fifteen minutes or more, which I am sure it must, then it is cheaper by far to just find the best prospect and pay the $5 and see what happens.

I am sure you will spend a few $5's that are wasted. But that is typical when looking for outsource prospects.

  • Great tip! Thanks!
  • If you can recommend any specific sellers, let us know!
  • Anyone looking for a good SEO gig I'd suggest this one:
    http://fiverr.com/users/getmybacklin...rch-in-1-month

    *this is NOT mine*

I've used it about 5 times for quite a few keywords and each time I've ended up on the first page of google within about a week or less. One of them I'm #2.

Note these are not super competitive keywords but they do get several thousand searches per month.

Anyway, check it out, you won't be sorry.
