i think to proceed with adsense is a big step.. if u take it as a subject.. its very huge and never ending.. so start by learning something like read posts.. or the top post in this section about seo. Everything you read is gonna help you.. keep reading about adsense,seo,ppc,optimization etc dont leave a step.

Keep reading, but at the same time it won't get you anywhere unless you try! The Internet is growing rapidly, so find something that you're interested in and try it out! Do read, just make sure you're doing something and don't change too often.

Yes, you can create an income for yourself. It'd take a lot of
clicks to generate a decent amount of money.

First understand what is required to have an AdSense site and not get banned by them. Then build a site that complies with their TOS and apply. Or go to Blogger and post a thread and apply in the publishing process. You will see them ask about monopolization, and you can complete the process right there.

Once you have the account, you can use that for any future projects.

There are a few other article directories that will share revenues and you can apply there. I don't remember which ones they are off the top of my head, but I am sure you could find them if necessary. But Blogger.com will work fine if you have trouble using your own site. But if you get caught breaking their TOS after you get the number, they may just ban you anyway. Then it is damn hard to get another account.

So bottom line, make sure you know what is required. Study this forum, or some of the WSOs and such.

I'm also pretty new to this too but one thing I have found is first of all you should establish a great website with good traffic.., then worry about Adsense and Ads.

There's heaps of information available mainly on the Adsense help page that teaches you how to Optimize your Ads and how to best present them.
