Google Webmaster Tools

Anyone here use google webmasters tool?

The last time I check on it, it shows around 10-20 'links' linking to my site (backlinks).

Today I checked again, it shows 'no data'.
Anyone knows whats going on?

Please advise. Thanks.

  • I don't know anything about that, but I did discover yesterday that they have taken down the WonderWheel which I really liked and used.

    It seems that yesterday and today there have been several changes with them.
  • Generally, I used google keyword research tool and google analytic tool.
  • Maybe nothing. There are back link checkers you can use for free online (just Google it). You could also punch into Google site:www.yoursite.com (or whatever its URL is, just make sure put "site:" in front of it) to make sure your site is listed.
  • I do use Google Webmaster Tools but I don't really use it to check for the backlinks to my site. I find it to be unreliable.

    I however find the other tools offered more useful. Such as the site performance ones.
