AdRotate plugin and Amazon ads

I have a website where I use WP AdRotate plugin to show Amazon ads.
But I have discovered disrepancy between clicks on ads that AdRotate shows and what AmazonAssociates shows.

Amazon Associates :
July 1-4th total clicks on all links: 26

Adrotate plugin :
just July 4th total clicks on all links: over 300

Could it be a bug in AdRotate plugin ?

Just use Amakaze that brings ads up that are relevant to the page, then there's no need to rotate?
