Hi guys, which file in WP do I need to edit, to place a content block before the content, on the front/homepage?

I'm using the quick adsense plugin, but now that I'm using excerpts instead of full posts on the front page, the content block has dissapeared.

I now want to put it above the content, on the front page.

Thanks.

It's against adsense TOS to put adsense blocks before any content I think, just makin sure you know that incase something happens.

I can't help you out with the question though I have no clue haha

which theme you are using? Generally it is index.php and paste your code above <?php the_content(); ?>

You do this by going into your adsense account, creating a new Ad, large rectangle or whatever of your choosing. Then you paste the code before your content, in the HTML editor.

Yes, I know how to do this.

What I want to do is, have it apear before the latest post.... I don't want to have to cut and paste each time.
