There are a ton of pligg sites around, yes they are instant approval which is great but I usually try to avoid them, don't want google to mark them as spam links...

Go with the biggest 10 and that will help you more then 1000 pligg sites. These also come and go in a hurry and you will find your link disappearing .

The main reason for book marking is the get site index quickly by Search engine bot.
The few quality book marking sites is enough such as digg.com or voteblogger.com.
