I'm new to the warrior forum, so please forgive me if I post in the wrong area. I'm also new to internet marketing, so am hoping to learn lots from reading the posts here and from the many experts on this site!

I'm trying to set up a niche site in a market that I have some experience in. I would first like to optimize my key word selection though so that I can eventually rank in google. I'm hoping you could give me some quick feedback on my keyword selection. I've attached a screenshot from MS for my tentative key word selection and the competition in the top 10 spots. Any comments/feedback you might have on how easy/hard this might be to break into the top 10 would be greatly appreciated.

Also, for this key word, the SEO traffic is 137 potential daily clicks, SEO competition is 37,000 sites (small market I know, but that's what I'm looking for.)
